Kestrel Foods is a family owned and managed business at the forefront of Northern Ireland’s thriving Agri-Food sector.
Established in October 1996 by Michael and Lorraine Hall the company, which specialises in the production of premium quality dried fruit, nuts and seeds under its’ Forest Feast and Acti-Snack brands, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year.
Kestrel Foods operates on a global basis importing commodities from all over the world to process and pack in its state of the art production facility in Carn Food Park, Craigavon.
An ambitious growth strategy has cultivated a global customer base in 36 international markets, with 93% of total sales outside of Northern Ireland, the company is widely recognised for World Class Innovation as a result of continued investment in technology, marketing, personnel, research and development.

At Forest Feast we travel the globe in pursuit of perfection, ensuring we are always able to bring you the finest quality premium, traditional and contemporary ranges of seeds, nuts and dried fruit the whole family will enjoy. We scrutinise our dried fruit and nuts along with all of our nibbles to ensure you always get the very best and where possible we like to ensure our products are responsibly sourced, free from artificial additives and most importantly, offer the ultimate in taste and quality. Act-Snack

Designed to meet a variety of sports nutrition requirements, we’ve developed five unique mixes, ‘Sweet & Sour Mango’, ‘Fruit, Nut & Seed’, ‘Fruit & Nut’, ‘Fruit, Nut & Soya’ and ‘Nut Mix’, all of which are gluten free, free from artificial additives and preservatives.

Acti-Snack products are available in a convenient slim-line, impulse pack – perfect for running belts or saddle packs – as well as the Acti-Snack Power Pack, a re-sealable multiple serving pack format, and multi-pack option for added convenience.
