Return Requests

Here you can also manage Return Requests (RMA requests) for products purchased by resellers through The Reseller Network. Should a reseller need to return 1 or more products from an order completed on The Reseller Network they can submit a return request which will deliver an email notification directly to your registered email.  You will then be able to login and view the details of the return request. The details will include the product, the quantity to be returned, the reason for returning, the reseller and the status of each request. To manage and respond simply click Edit then update as required. Each time you respond and update the status of a return request an email notification will automatically be sent to notify the reseller.
