Here at the CNA International, we are pleased to announce the expansion of our HR Practice team. One of key USPs is that our search specialists are HR professionals by background. We are proud that, in keeping with this USP, our new colleagues have each worked within the HR industry to ensure a strong understanding, knowledge and empathy with the sector and its many challenges. Our new colleagues have joined Nicola Morris’ team. Nicola is one of our Senior Partners with over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and human resources across both public and private sectors including retail, regulation and marketing.
 
So, in no particular order, we introduce:

Sonia Brodie



Sonia is an experienced HR, OD and Change Management professional with over 20 years’ experience, providing strategic and operational expertise to clients and employers in a variety of industries which include; healthcare, manufacturing and housing. Throughout her career, Sonia has provided a broad range of HR consultancy services to clients, providing input into all aspects of talent acquisition, talent management, organisational engagement, organisational development, organisational change and transformation, TUPE, program and project management and workforce efficiency. Sonia’s consultative approach and passion to help has enabled her to work successfully with a wide range of clients in order to deliver their bottom-line objectives.
 
Sharnpal Jeetley

Sharnpal has over ten years’ experience within in-house Talent Acquisition roles. She has worked at board level, driving the hiring agenda to the top of the priority list. She has extensive experience in hiring at executive level, recruitment process analysis, project and change management, employer branding and social media. She has taken on complex resourcing projects to reduce cost in hiring, workforce planning, candidate attraction methodologies and ATS Implementation and has successfully achieved this. Sharnpal has strong experience in international business culture and a keen interest in human behaviour. She has acquired talent in India, America, Europe and Australia. Sharnpal is well networked in her industry and has been invited to events as a guest speaker.
 
Victoria Winner

Vicki has over 14 years’ HR experience working in both the private and public sector. She is fully CIPD qualified with an MSc in Human Resource Management. Victoria has worked in a variety of different Industries and environments from large national organisations such as the NHS and Babcock Marine to smaller organisations including Lifeworks Charity and LAL Language Centres UK. She has experience of working in both unionised and non-unionised environments. Victoria specialises in core HR disciplines including; recruitment management, executive search, employee relations, performance management, employment law and organisational change.
