There are over 30 CNA offices across the UK, Europe and Asia at present. Our franchisees assume the title Senior Partner and choose their own sector to operate in based on their background and knowledge base and earn an average of £100k per year with full and on-going training and support also provided.

Experienced Recruiter Opportunity

CNA International Executive Search is offering an exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters. We are giving you the chance to start your own recruitment business with minimal upfront costs, a support package that includes full finance factoring on both permanent placements and contractor assignments, and a £6,000 overdraft facility to help you plan your cash-flow in your first year. That is to say we are offering you the ability to establish your own executive search recruitment franchise through the fees you bring in and not from an upfront cash investment.

This unique opportunity allows you to receive 87.5% of all your billings for the lifetime of our business partnership.

You will also receive the same back office, financial marketing and IT support as our core franchisee package.
